Chieko “Kitty” Ohtaki passed away on July 1, 2008 at Kokoro Assisted Living Inc. in San Francisco. Chieko was predeceased by her loving husband of 48 years, Paul T. Ohtaki. She was born Aug. 13, 1923 in Stockton.

Chieko is survived by brothers Mas and Frank Ishikawa, sister Irene Ikeda, and nieces and nephews.

At her request, no service will be held.
