Ingredients (serves two):

Pork (loin or sparerib).....8 oz.

Good salt & pepper....To taste

Marinade (olive oil, 3 tbsp.; honey, 1 tbsp.; balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp.; 1/2 piece of thinly sliced garlic; and an ounce (30g) of thinly sliced ginger)

(1) Salt and pepper the pork and line it in a container.

(2) Mix the marinade and pour it on the pork.

(3) Heat a frying pan without oil then put the pork in, cover, and heat for about 7 minutes on medium heat. Once the meat is cooked, take the lid off and heat on a high flame for 5 minutes until the surface of the meat is a bit crispy.

Points!

-When using sparerib in the pork dish, boil it first. Put the meat in boiling water and boil for approximately 20 minutes.

-Chicken can also be used in place of pork to make a delicious dish.
