&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients (serves four)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Kabocha squash (ones from Hokkaido are the best).....1/2&lt;br /&gt;
Onion...1/2&lt;br /&gt;
Bacon...3 slices&lt;br /&gt;
Olive oil.....50 CC (3 tbsp.)&lt;br /&gt;
Butter.....30 g (2 tbsp.)&lt;br /&gt;
Flour.....40 g (2/5 cup)&lt;br /&gt;
Milk.....2~2 1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;
Shredded cheese.....1 ounce&lt;br /&gt;

Emmenthaler cheese — 1/3 pound&lt;br /&gt;
Cornstarch — 1 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
Garlic — 1 piece&lt;br /&gt;
White wine (dry) — 1 cup&lt;br /&gt;
Kirsch (cherry brandy) — 1 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Good salt &amp;amp; pepper....To taste&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Marinade (olive oil, 3 tbsp.; honey, 1 tbsp.; balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp.; 1/2 piece of thinly sliced garlic; and an ounce (30g) of thinly sliced ginger)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(1) Salt and pepper the pork and line it in a container.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(2) Mix the marinade and pour it on the pork.&lt;/p&gt;
